In explaining the rationale for BRUT’s NHRA departure, Marc Broccoli, Director, Men’s Category Marketing, Idelle Lab’s, Ltd. stated:

"While the NHRA sponsorship provided new visibility to BRUT, it is still, in the context of sports marketing sponsorships, a comparatively small brand. .”

While (relatively speaking) NHRA is a small brand, does ANYBODY believe Rodeo is going to give them the numbers they need?
 
Besides the folks that hang out here, how many casual fans do you think actually purchased Brut at their local store after either attending an event, seeing the show car at WalMart, or watching it on tv?

That stuff was rank back in the 70's, how would that perception change now?

And will you now bypass your local Auto Zone or Pep to find the NAPA store?
