Who would you like to be sponsor?

I don't really have a particular sponsor in mind, but can I ask for an end to exclusive deals that prevent competing sponsors from supporting racers and the sport?

I have heard that the Army is the only military sponsor allowed by the NHRA. I
might be wrong on this. Anyway, if I am right, it's a shame. My understanding
is that there use to be a good Army/Navy competition back in the 1970s.

You are correct Tom. I don't know how they got the ok for KBR and the Air Force deal, but last I heard someone I know had the Marines interested, but was told forget it due to the "official" status of Army.

Red Bull would be a great sponsor for a drag racing team. Look at all the other teams they sponsor.
I guess my real point is don't let your sanctioning body censor who can and can not sponsor participants at the events it is bad business.

Now that I think about it, the company I work for sponsored a NASCAR
team for one race. Would be nice to see them do the same for NHRA.
