It's amazing that Larry and Hillary are leading this poll. Not that they don't deserve it. Both are favorites of mine. However, they both seem least likely to take or get the gig. I don't see Larry leaving DPR, especially after the signing of Bender & Johnson. I also don't see this sheik allowing a woman to drive, which is sad.
My bet is on JR. He's proven himself a capable driver and he's beaten the Sarge a number of times. I'm sure AJ would rather have him on his side than against.

I just cant see this happening. Although JR is having a rough season, he's over there with his best friend and I think he enjoys racing for them...I don't know, I don't see it happening but I could be wrong.
Man, its killing me waiting for this announcement, I really want to know who it is!!

Eliminate Larry Dixon he will not leave Snake
Eliminate the women because of the "Arab/islam" issue
Eliminate Jr. He will not leave his friend Morgan
If you look at Alan Johnson's way of thinking when he lost Blaine and had the Winston deal ..what did he do?
He found a relative unknown in Top Alcohol who he could teach and who had a good personality for the sponsors, Gary Scelzi.
With that look for someone in Top Alcohol or A-Fuel.
I know of a relative unknown who consistently has the best reaction times of any in the class, he knows the sport inside and out, was an international BMX champion and is great with the sponsors.
His only problem has been a very small budget. He currently drives an A- Fuel car.

He is a perfect parallel to Gary scelzi when he was picked. Go back and look at his reaction times over the last 8 years. There is none better.
He is a great interview. He just has not had much of a chance.
I doubt if it will be him but I think it will be someone like him.
