Freedom of speech has nothing to do with what you can or can't post on a privately owned website or forum.

It doesn't have any effect on what goes on here and it never has. That's what 99% of Americans get wrong.

Freedom of speech applies to the right to express opinions and ideas without government interference, including spoken and written words, as well as symbolic actions.

That's the only time free speech comes into play. 99% of the time when Americans scream freedom of speech, it has NOTHING to do with the situation they're attempting to apply it to because it's almost NEVER the govt preventing people from posting on forums or Facebook. The govt isn't preventing you from saying whatever you want in Walmart. It aint got jack to do with any of that.

It only applies when the GOVERNMENT is trying to silence you. Not a private party.

With Shawn stepping back from full time to part time I'm sure there was not much of a problem with Rob leaving if a new full time opportunity came up. They seem to have a good working relationship unlike there is something behind the scenes going on but I believe A agreed mutual parting is probably the case here
