Al Hofmann spells his name with one 'f' and two 'n's', so hopefully there was a typo in the IHRA computer system and the announcer was correct.

I dont know about trhe speeling but I know Wayne is his son. I meet him at the rock last year.

Bummer - nobody mentioned Al Hofmann's name and I never made the connection because the name was misspelled.

Last I heard, Al was doing a pretty good business in collectible cars.
