For the last two days, I could not get on Nitromater. Would send me to another site(which said Nitromater) and stated the web license had expired.

Wasn't just you. The site was down for a couple of days. Had to go to insidetopfuel.com, which I found out by getting an email.

It was indeed down. The domain name registration expired (it needs to be periodically renewed, just
like a driver's license and car registration). This is something Shannon has to take care of, and he did

I've been unable to access the site from my desktop at home and at work. No issues from my cell phone.

The site is back up. If you can't access, clear your cache it might be taking you to the default bad site we saw for a few days.
