I would ask why the car was even built, but I know the answer... He is the first to the scene of the accident, that is for sure...

Washington DC is completely removed from the rest of the country... kinda a world of there own that has no basis with reality... also a very high per capita rate of murder, drug use, need i go on
It's not all that bad, I spent about 4 months there, Gtown can suck it though... people there are like 90210 types in la la land! I was told just stay away from south east. Mind you 2 days before I left D.C. to go to London, I had my bag taken from my friends car... passport, visa, camera, ipod, money... FUN DAYS!
