The soon to be newly sanctioned NHRA Tulare Motorsports Complex and Super Drag Strip moves forward with new major contracts for insurance and Human Resources services. The offical press release dated November 12, 2010 at the link provided below:

However, here is a link below indicates intent at the time of the article in the Valley Voice Newspaper discussing moving forward with work and employees which of course would be consistent with Human Resources Services and needing insurance for the new facility and its employees at web-link:
