Maybe im seeing it wrong,but looks like blue awning on top of tower is missing some of the blue roof?? Wasnt their a bad storm last year?
 
I think it has been like that for a few years now. I remember seeing it one year and it was just flapping there.

Thats what i thought lol. Thought they would have fixed it ,being the us nationals and all lol
