Hi, Tim! Did you happen to see my post earlier about me not knowing the Husker schedule? Seems we are open this week also and will play Colo next week. Hate to say it, but maybe some of PJs jokes (hilarious by the way!) should include Nebraska??? By the way, Tim, who are you pulling for today?

Yeah that one was pretty shocking!!! That was during the "Chris Simms" era and I was probably the happiest UT fan whenever he finished his senior year...VERY happy to be rid of him. Major Applewhite SHOULD have stayed our starting QB, but Simms was "hyped" because of his last name.
By the way Tom...just curious on your thoughts about the "Rhett Bomar" situation this year. I really like Thompson and as a matter of fact I can look out my front yard and see the high school field he played on here in Leander (really a suburb of Austin)

I always thought Major got a raw deal with the whole Simms situation and also thought that he handled the situation very well. Of course, on another level, we appreciated knocking you guys off every time Chrissy started, lol!

The Bomar thing - good riddance I say. Although he has a ton of talent he wasn't much of a team player and obviously thought he was too smart for the system. Hopefully this big ol' dose of humble pie will help set his mind and his attitude on the right path. PT has been the definition of class during his entire tenure here at OU. He's consistently shown his willingness to do whatever is necessary to help the team. All things considered I think he's done a heck of a good job in the most difficult of situations and he's definitely earned spot as one of my all-time favorite Sooners.

Hey Terry! I really dont have a favorite of the 2, but I would have to choose Michigan because a friend of mine has been "begging" us to pull for them And also for the fact that they just lost there legendary coach on the eve of the game...Althougth I must say that I think Ohio state will probably pull it off playing at home and have not lost a home game since???...that right..it was TEXAS who beat them last at home !!!!

Think I'll go watch the game--how bout you? Hey Tom, how is OU doing against Baylor? Best of luck to all. I think the final was 36-10. It wasn't real pretty, didn't look like we were terribly focused but still managed to dominate the Bears.

Terry, I'd rather concentrate on OU beating OSU and the TexAgs knocking off Texas, then it'll be the Dirt Burglars vs. the Bugeaters for the Big 12 Championship game just as it should always be.

All the talk has been done! on the Football field, OHIO STATE IS NUMBER ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in 51 days we will seal the deal, but till' then..............#1...............and as I said before, it was a War.......the two best teams in college football waged a war today in Columbus. Without Troy Smith next year and OSU travelling to Ann Arbor it will be a tough time for Ohio State....But Thats next year, Lets revel in the moment............Thanks Michigan for making it the best game of the year!!!!!

great game, can't wait to see the rematch on a nuetral field. I knew OSU was the better team but hoped we could pull the upset. Their offense is amazing. To stay within 3 on their field is huge and I believe worthy of another game.

I have been yelling, cheering, jumping up & down & shaking my good luck bag of BUCKEYES & all I can say is WOW, what a great game!! Both teams played their hearts out BUT the best team won!!

Now, to the three fools at McDonalds this morning who laughed at my OHIO STATE BUCKEYES sweatshirt & said there was no way they were gonna win........who's laughing now!!

Auburn Tiger fan here,just beat Alabama for the 5TH straight year and 6 out of the last 7,life is good. I know there's a lot of rivalries in college ball but the Auburn-Alabama is one of out and out hatred. I was out and about yesterday morning before the game with my Auburn sweatshirt on and the Bama fans wouldn't even look me in the eye. I don't like them,they don't like me,that's the way I like it.

Michigan stays #2 in the bcs. the ap voters also kept them #2, the other poll dropped them to 3 behind usc

Michigan has played 4 of the teams in the top 8 with a 3-1 record. That is prety impressive.
If usc wins their last 2 games then they will pass Michigan which is done playing. this mean I have to do the unthinkable, something 10 times worse than rooting for ohio state......I actually have to ro...rooooo. chee.....I can't even say it..I have to hope Notre Dumb wins. I not sure a shot at the national championship game is worth rooting for notre dumb even

You are right, it was a great game & the best team won!!! I don't think I have ever yelled as loud & so much as I did Saturday!!

I think a rematch would be the right thing to do. I don't think OHIO STATE would mind beating them once again!!

So you hate Notre Dame more than you hate the #1 team the OHIO STATE BUCKEYES?
