This question is for Mr. Reinhart: Is the NHRA ever looking into how to lower the cost of fuel racing? I mean REALLY looking into it with the crew chiefs? There will come a time when we will have 8-car fields instead of 16 because there won't be enough sponsors willing to support the racers.

Maybe they run a shorter championship series of events, with a competitive payout, in untapped markets where a strong 8 car field has a less time-consuming broadcast on a more receptive network/streaming service, primarily featuring the racing and some more "natural" interaction with the drivers, audience and their sponsors, maybe with another major sanctioning body...?

Based on my experience no matter how much money you have writing a check and getting nothing back gets old. Every "rich" person I have dealt with is rich for a reason, there has to be some sort of return to them. All money spent is an investment to make money and if it doesn't it is eliminated.

It's all axiomatic, though.
To a multi millionaire, spending extra monies to replace a blown Nitro motor would be akin to a regular person spending extra money to add some cheese to their burger

I don’t think it’s that they can’t afford to do it. For his daughters to race they need to find the funding to do so. He is not giving them anything. They have to earn it just like he did.

And she IS earning it. She keep getting better and better.
