Rookies this year?

I didn't happen to see any rookies in the pro ranks this year, unless I missed something. Anyone know if there are any rookies this year?

Connolly can't be ROY. He has already been a pro in pro stock. Same thing happened to Antron when he went to TF

I think John Hale is the only rookie setup to run the full pull (assuming Jim Dunn Racing makes all events). Skillman is set for 10-12 races. Connolly is ineligible for the award.
