Question about the fasteners on dragsters with a canopy (4 Viewers)

I’ve noticed differences in the fasteners used on canopy cars.
What are the red fasteners shown in the picture?
The rest of the fasteners are flush mounted.

The red ones are for when there is an emergency to release the canopy. Color coded for easier identification for the safety safari.

They have impact guns on the trucks with the correct size socket on them to take the bolts out.
