A bit has been written about Jason Line's association with NASCAR engine programs before GA hired him, but fewer people will remember that WJ had some involvement with NASCAR engine R&D as well. Don't know if that association continues today.

WJ's association was with Quest Motor Racing, which briefly fielded cars for Derrike Cope from 2001-2003. I don't know how long WJ's involvement lasted, but I don't believe it was more than a year.

Great post guys. I'm fascinated with the art that is a Pro-Stock motor.

Can you tell me more about CFE?
If they specialize in cylinder head porting, swirling, etc... would the heads be proprietary to them and the teams are just leasing the head?

If Wilson is exclusive to KB, do the other teams contract with other intake companies (Hogan?) or do they choose to make their own sheet metal intakes?

Ok, but can you tell me what makes up a Bob Book PS motor, other than the carbs?

I believe Bob Book builds them carb to pan with an HRE induction system. Book Racing Enterprises
