NHRA TV

I am watching Bristol sportsmen classes and there are no sounds to the cars , just incessant chatter by the announcers. It sound like baseball or a game show , what has happened ? Is it the new audience wants chatter , and really do not care about the cars? Is it time to give up on NHRA TV?

Its a chitshow, just falls on deaf ears, need to have an option without announcers and just cars, hell even ihra sounds better than nhratv

I watched the triple crown ihra race on tv this weekend and the sound of cars was great, announcers not yapping the entire time, nhratv could be so much better, ihra just showed em how

One complaint, the IHRA flag right in the camera view when looking up to the starting line from the finish line. Outside of that, great coverage. I am also a guy who doesn't think NHRA.Tv is a problem, so take my views with caution :).

I'm assuming that someone from nhra or nhra tv monitors this forum. If so, it seems they are not interested in raising the sound level of the cars. Seems like a no brainer to have loud nitro cars while broadcasting a drag race especially since, if you read the comments here, that is the biggest complaint from the people who are subscribed

I tend to think its the announcers that want the cars lowered so they can talk, boy they couldnt be more wrong

Don't remember which broadcast channel it was maybe ESPN? But it was years ago before Lohnes and Pedregon, when the nitro cars were running they would instruct the viewer to "TURN IT UP" and they would turn it up too. No music no talking just the sound of the cars full blast. I had my stereo hooked to my tv. Anyone remember this?

ESPN would do sounds of the strip and announcers would shut up and let the cars talk
