I think Bill said they were waiting to be renewed. They probably are just showing what they have already taped until then.

Sorry for the rerun on Sunday. We ran into a production snag which necessitated running the 8th episode again. This week's show will be a fresh episode and I think you'll really enjoy it. The 1986 US Nationals where "Big Daddy" was going after his third straight Indy win and good 'ol' Mike Dunn came to Indy driving Joe Pisano's Olds Cutlass and was a major underdog against the likes of Beadle, Bernstein, Meyer, etc. Hope everyone gets a chance to see it.

It should be a good one!

It was also the only time there were 2 Budweiser King Ford Tempos running in F/C. I think Mike Dunn beat both of them if I remember correctly.

Thanks Bill, any word on if the show will be picked up again?
Really enjoying these , just one "problem"... needs to be an longer show.
Half hour doesn't do these races justice, thanks again.

We are still in conversations with potential sponsors for a second run for the series. Of course, when we know for sure it's a go, we'll make an announcement. I agree that a half-hour goes by pretty quickly but it's much more difficult to clear a 60-minute show than a 30-minute show on Fox Sports Net. It's the nature of the biz.

What Joe asked...has it been good? Is there a place to send a positive message?

How about say a two parter in 1/2 hour episodes to make up one hour? Or maybe 4 1/2 hours to make two hours?

Just sayin! LOL.

Keep after it Bill and everyone is doing a great job on the show.

Bill any chance of you getting Paul Pages job away from him and helping us all out ! Ps the greatest races coverage is cool, haven't seen that footage in a long time , just not that convenint {sp} to go through old vhs tapes and watch that stuff , anyone else agree . Wheres all the old diamond p coverage ?

First, I haven't seen any ratings measurement for the series yet but based on emails, responses on this board, and the fact we have over 1500 fans alone on our Facebook page, my guess is a lot of people are watching. We haven't considered a two-part episode but it may be worth exploring if we continue with another 13-week run.

If you'd like to send any positive feedback on the show, I think our primary sponsor, ProCare RX, owned by Roger Burgess of R2B2 Racing in Duluth, Georgia would be interested in seeing it.

I'd consider returning to the ESPN/NHRA team if the opportunity presented itself but I am very busy right now covering the Mecum Muscle Car Auctions and co-hosting "What's My Car Worth" for Discovery HD Theater.
