But he had enough money put away for 10 years!Sounds like it,should have waited for the elon money, wish it could have worked, nhra needs some competition
Where does it say anything positive?
I have a cattle ranch in central Texas,I have to be positive about things. Such as 1 day closer to rain. Really enjoyed my time and friends at IHRA races.Where does it say anything positive?
I guess trying to fund IHRA with money he was waiting for from Elon or others is better than the last guy, who used federal taxpayer money to fund his IHRA plans.Sounds like it,should have waited for the elon money, wish it could have worked, nhra needs some competition
I would think the clock is ticking on taking it back.As of today the word is Maple Grove is closed indefinitely.
Yes reopening as nhra!Koretsky’s took it back last weekend. Kyle was there during their Street Car Takeover event. I’m sure they have closed it just to get their ducks in a row before re-opening.
If official records show that KPK (Koretsky family) does in fact hold the mortgage to the Maple Grove Raceway property, then they will repossess / foreclose on the property if and when IHRA defaults on the loan or lease payments. They need to begin the legal process to repossess immediately before Cuttell Motorsports LLC dba IHRA files for bankruptcy which would be detrimental to the Koretsky family.Records show that the mortgage on Maple Grove is held by KPK of Berks LLC. KPK is owned by the Korestsky family. So, even though IHRA purchased the track, the Koretsky family holds the mortgage. Would it go back to them if IHRA defaults on the loan?
I’m pretty sure NHRA would love to get back in that region. NHRA won’t be buying it and I don’t think the Koretsky family was really looking to sell it in the first place. They just got a stupid offer they couldn’t refuse. If official records show that KPK (Koretsky family) does in fact hold the mortgage to the Maple Grove Raceway property, then they will repossess / foreclose on the property if and when IHRA defaults on the loan or lease payments. They need to take MG back from IHRA and either run it themselves or sell it for 100% cash to somebody else.
I doubt if NHRA is interested in buying Maple Grove or holding a national event there in the future.
See my post before yours. Koretsky’s took it back last weekend. That's AWESOME news!!!Yes reopening as nhra!
That's AWESOME news!!!
NHRA did drop the fall Zmax race off the schedule this year so maybe they can add the Grove national event back onIt sure is! NHRA can get that market back and we have a true racing family owning it again.
My only hope is that one of the new additions this year doesn't lose out on the schedule down the road.
But they added Rockingham in that slot. Only way to add MG back on will be to increase the schedule or somebody losing a race.NHRA did drop the fall Zmax race off the schedule this year so maybe they can add the Grove national event back on
