SCOTT’S TRANSMISSION CENTER TO SPONSOR NEW TOP DOG OF THE EVENT AT MAPLE GROVE RACEWAY

Scott’s Transmission Center, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, has recently announced their sponsorship of a new awards program called “Top Dog of the Event,” to be included at each of the 21 Sunoco Race Fuels Money Trail events at Maple Grove Raceway in 2008. The program awards $100 cash to the winner who ran closest to their dial-in in the final round. Class winners in Super, Pro, Street, Top Bike and Junior Dragster Eliminators will all be eligible.

Co-owners of Scott’s Transmission Center Scott and Patty Reichenbach stated: “We are very excited about our sponsorships at Maple Grove Raceway this year. I know there are a few tracks in our area, but everyone knows that Maple Grove is the place to go. It is a first class facility and that is why we have chosen to invest there. We regard our establishment as first class so being affiliated with Maple Grove just makes good business sense.”

Reichenbach grew up around cars and racing, and has worked as a mechanic specializing in transmissions since 1981. Scott’s Transmission Center offers a wide range of services to customers; specializing in racing transmissions, heavy duty towing transmissions, differentials and transfer cases. Scott’s is also an ATI Warehouse Distributer, and offers special discounts to racers.

Maple Grove Raceway enters its 46th year of operation in 2008 and is recognized worldwide as one of the leading NHRA drag racing facilities. In addition to the annual NHRA Toyo Tires Nationals in August, Maple Grove Raceway hosts over 80 days of racing each year for local, national and international racers and fans.
