Not sure about "highest bidder" but it's nice to see that NHRA is working with a traditional partner instead of going far afield for their EFI

The only thing in the rules that irks me is the elimination of hood scoops. Make 'em lower sure, but every 60's-70's musclecar had some sort of hood intake system....that's what made them look cool!
