It was posted that Larry Huff of Soapy Sales fame has passed away. Being from the Midwest I do not have any pics of his cars that I can post.

I think Larry was also involved in the Lake Havasu drag strip program

Sorry to hear of the passing of my old neighbor. Moved away about five years ago. He was nice to me and always had a friendly smile and a wave.

Rest in Peace old friend.

sorry to hear the news...

I remember when Huff showed up at Wichita Ks. with his fuel dragster and the trailer had huge picture windows in both sides and the interior was lit at night when it was being towed. He had more money in the trailer than any 3 of us had in our whole operations combined and there was some real hitters there including Leroy Goldstein, Davey Babler, Jimmy Nix, Creitz and so on. We all were just amazed anyone would/could spend that much money. That may have been the begining of the end for budget racers. Having said all of that he was a good guy and generally liked by all. Damn we keep loosing our history at an ever increasing rate. RIP "Soapy"

Awesome Pro Stock, to bad they got away from the Stock look. Glendora you listening, na!

NEW, Old rule stock roof, quarter panels, and rear panel.
No rule on model year but must meet todays tech standards

THAT SHOULD DO IT
