Even if Bruton wanted to spend a ton of money to move the stands back on one side, because of being in a tight valley, there would not be enough room in the shutdown area to widen Bristol to 4 wide.

I don't know about Minnesota, but everywhere I've ever lived, you've needed construction permits before even thinking of building, and that includes adding to a private home, or enlarging a place of business.
