As I look closer it says John will be at my office on May 22nd meeting with BP employees. I wonder if I should ask him about Indy 09? Just in case you couldn't tell I was kidding. Should be interesting to see which version of John we get next week.

You will be suprised. He is at his best with people with no cameras around. He is very humble, entertaining and will go out of his way to meet and greet any and all people there and make sure everyone else is taken care of. You might even find yourself rooting for him in the future.

I'm with you Jay... if you want me to wear it, it better be free. Why should I pay to be a walking advertisement for a multi-million or billion dollar company? The only drag racing apparel that I have was given to me, as a fan, for no charge. LRS and NAPA, that's all! I love to badger people wearing a Nike swoosh t-shirt, and ask them "So, you paid $30.00 to advertise for them... shouldn't they be paying you??"

honestly, I rooted for Force up until his multiple championships....probably stopped rooting around champ#3....

though first time I saw him "win" was at Fremont in '78....against Beadle I think...sure, wasn't a national championship, but there was a time that nationals were special, now they're the only thing (for fuelers)....
