Just like last year! Forcasts have 90+ all 3 days! Move this race back to October Damn it!

The beerstand people are happy because Joe will be funding their retirement fund this weekend!!!

FYI.....make sure you take your allergy medicine! The ragweed is terrible around these parts!

Hmmmm....imagine that! Hot and humid in September in Texas. Go figure!

Actually, it has been atypically drier this summer.

I can always count on Suzie to make light of my Bitching ,lol. When the Beerstand folks remember you year after year you know your a regular!

When the race was in Oct. I can only remember one year ('93) where it was this kind of heat! So 3 weeks makes a difference this time of year!

Remember the motto: "Drink all the Beer you want.... We WILL make More!!!!!"

Hey Suzie, have you got any remedies for beer allergies?

I find that I am okay after the first 6 or so, but when I get up around the 15 beer mark I tend to have a personality change followed by severe nausea and vomiting.

Any help will be much appreciated!! ;)

That's strange, dryer for Houston, while Austin is on record as one of the wettest years ever. We're not complaining though, it beats the usual 100 degree days for months on end.

The October races at the Motorplex were awesome, the weather was always so perfect.

My personality change after 15 Beers would be more about my empty wallet!

My vote is for mid to late October.

Suzie is right about the ragweed but... I would think a front-row seat during one of the Kalitta car warmups would work better than the pseudofed. :D

Especially at Waco Willy's... well, at any public event for that matter.

No how much sense it fails to make, I will still gladly pay $5-$6 for a beer....

Waco Willy....wow Im hoping you really dont know what we know as Waco Willy down here in Waco. He/she doesnt work downtown or in the hood. It works I-35!!! or did anyway, havent seen he/she in several months lol. Sorry just caught my attention lol

Wait, wait, wait.....let me rephrase that. When it isn't raining.....it's been low humidity. You know, when the sun's actually out. lol It has rained more since May than I can ever remember in the summer!
