It looks like Thursady, January 31,2008 is the date for the HDP shareholders to vote for/against the deal. That should make it FINAL.......just in time for POMONA.................

Interesting read on the 'RISKS RELATED TO THE PURCHASED BUSINESS' starting on page 34. Marketing strategy, tire supply, nitro supply, ESPN, and insurance coverage are but a few of the items discussed.

It says that the proxy statement will be mailed to shareholders "on or about January 2nd" and requests for information need to be in by January 25th. If I'm reading it right getting it done by Pomona would be cutting it pretty close. it seems to be moving along, but these things take time.

I could be reading it wrong, this is not even close to my area of expertise but that's what I got out of a quick glance.
