Joe, I don't care if it was on the moon or 20,000 leagues under the sea...the point is...you still have to have a race track under you to hold such a run, to chalk it up as a "good air" run is just plain bullshit, come and taste the water before you make such a statement.

..and by the way, T.J. rolled in a little deep on that run, so it was more like a 3.07. Not bad for a bunch of part timers with 6 year old cyl heads, 10 year old clutches and no setback blower.

Totally agree, the track was good all weekend and your team was awesome. I was going to stop and say hi and introduce myself, but when I strolled by you looked pretty busy. Anyways, great job this weekend to you and the team.

Ya know....I thought the same thing. THEN I went to see the Pro Mods run 1/8th mile at Houston Motorsports Park. It was AWESOME! I still don't know how those guys stopped their cars with such a short track and shutdown.

Anyway....that was Pro Mods but I have to stop and think that if I went to an NHRA event and they had to 'alter' it......I WOULDN'T LEAVE!

Kelly here in Ca. they dont race 1/8ths last year I flew into DFW to test @ Kennadale prior to Dallas. First time to an 1/8 race HATED IT. TFD 660Ft forget it.

3.00s anything are great 1/8th times anywhere
