I'm looking forward, major changes in my life, including going back to school to finish undergraduate education. But all things happen for the better.

Matt, what part of town are you looking at? We're way NW Peoria - fifteen minutes from Speedworld Motorplex where we went today.

I'm not sure yet, but somewhere in the west valley. I will be staying with friends in Surprise until I settle in, find a job and a house. I can cover the 20% on a 100,000 home, but looking to stay in the 65,000 to 75,000 range.

Any suggestions on either?

I have a possible at a certain grocery distributor, but that won't happen until around March, and have a resume at an auto supply distribution center, among many other places out there.

I have had my own M/C business for 15 years, but not interested in continuing that path. Also have been and currently have CDL with hazmat. Many years of mechanic work in big trucks, cars and motorcycles(well actually Harley's)

Will skills like that and willing to work, you will have no trouble finding work.
