It was a great quiz... fun stuff! But I was pretty certain that it would take a power outage for you to miss one (well because you would spike the PC you were using to take the quiz).
 
I've seen a lot of valves, in various applications, mainly Ti and I think the vast majority, if not all were dished. Is this unique to a nitro motor? My recollection is the nitro valves I've seen are stainless and not Ti. Setting myself up to be wrong on a number of accounts, but I'm sure I'll learn something.

Exhaust valves are made of an alloy called inconel which is well suited for the high heat environment they live in. The Intakes are made of titanium (for strength and weight savings) and are almost always flat on the bottom and not dished.
