NHRA and NASCAR aren't the only sanctioning bodies having financial problems due the the world economy.

Honda is getting ready to pull out of F1 entirely if they don't find a buyer for their racing team. That would leave F1 with 18 car fields.

Honda Pulls Out of F1

I saw on AOL headlines this morning that Honda is done with F1, due to the global economy. F1 may have only 18 cars starting next year. Man it's tough all over.
