Not that I agree or disagree. But did we need another thread about this topic?!
Yes "we" do. Until espn gets it right
They did get it right on Saturday where they showed the full Friday night round. Sure wish they could the night round at BIR!
In my opinion this is the best change they made. Getting to watch 2nd session makes the show alot less dull than it was.
Man, that's no good!!!...everyone okay?
no one seemed to get hurt but I am sure they felt some big heat
So much Force exposure, it's almost so bad you can tell what their gonna do next with the team. Courtney Force and Robert Hight is not a marquee match up but of course that was all about the producers obsession for the team. It's getting to the point where every race with a name in it is hyped the hell up and that needs to be toned down. I'm watching drag racing, I am not tuned in to watch a build up of a single drag race. Only a run that decides a championship deserves that amount of bulid up.
Yesterday I watched for the first time in 6-7 months, and it flowed well minus some needed corrections. Tone the Force love down, he's forever the biggest name in fc, but we dont need to see, eat, and breathe Force. Paul needs to get better on some of his commentating. I should not know that Paul's favorite driver in the entire world is JR Todd. He should not be disclosing any favorites. He hopes JR lands a deal and gets back out full time he does not say that about TJ, Herbert, Will, Kalivoda, the list goes on and
on.
Mike calls it how it is. He's never expressing favorities, and when he does it's because his facts backed it up first. Paul is a commentator and a commentator should be excited about everyone, not just who they personally like or act like an underfunded team has absolutely no shot at winning a round. I don't care if # 1 qualified with a 3.75 and # 16 qualified with a 4.10, when they meet first round Paul needs to act like #16 actually has a shot instead of counting them out from the start. Like many comments he has made in the past about some teams.
