Enders v. Anderson

I heard Greg say to Erica.."You don't do that" after she said ithappened a month ago and why he didn't say something sooner. Well Greg she did.And you lost a month ago..quit whining and go race. Erica was professional about confronting Greg about it.

I agree he made himself look like a huge idiot out there and Erica was professional in her response and she let him have it at the same time! It's hard to like Greg. It all to often looks like the worst day of his life if he's not winning. He just never seems grateful that he has one of the best jobs in the world, and even when he does win, he'll always find something to say. I understand if your a perfection, but does it have to be such a dominating part of your image?

I agree completely,a LOT of times he just comes off as a poor loser!

Mater Sheriff Reinhart.........

No recent dinner with your Summit boys? I find it hard to believe you wouldnt know Greg had an issue with Erica. If thats the case is it all fabricated for TV??.......I doubt it. I hope you dont let your feet slip off both sides of the fence....that would hurt.

I cant wait until the US Nationals. I look forward to seeing that picture of Erica in front of Gregs trailer plastered all over the pits.

Mike

I could see why he would be upset, she is standing in front of his trailer with a silly pose and a **** eatin' grin on her face.

I'd probably be a little pissed myself, but I wouldn't say anything about it, because I wouldn't think it's that important.

The staging game meant nothing as far as a lack of respect goes. If you can outwit your opponent on the starting line, hooray for you. Anderson didn't do anything illegal, or unethical.

But I grew weary of his whining about Enders months ago. And as much as I can understand his disappointment in losing at Chicago, that's what he should have been disappointed about - losing the final. Instead, he made it sound like it was the ultimate shame to be beaten by a female.

Karma train? My ass. PS drivers redlight from time to time, and she was probably amped to the max anyway. Did the same train run over Mike Edwards?

Erica's final words today, "you picked a poor time to bring it up", pretty well sums things up. This is small potatoes as rivalries go, of course, but Anderson, in my opinion, came out of it the bad guy. I'm glad Johnson tagged him in the final.

Totaly spot on!!! I'm a big GA fan, but THAT was embarrassing. Come on Greg, yer bigger than that.
GO ERICA - GO GIRL POWER !!!

That statement right these makes my point of NEVER letting somebody know they have teed you off.. By Ga saying something to her,she won. She did exactly what she started out to do,get under his skin. How can a multi time P/S champ let her get him like that? Get ready for the spin,Alan or somebody will come up with another reason for the tirade, just watch.

I know Greg didn't want to be "the answer to a trivia question," but damn....

He's still on the waaaaaaambulance a month after it happened? It's making him look like a sexist pr!ck.

I'm not a GA fan, but he does have 73 more wins than she does. Not to mention 4 more World Championships than her.

Sorta puts things in perspective.

That actually has nothing to do with this. If anything, that's all the more reason he should not even give 2 craps about it.

Not sticking up for Greg, but that was kind of a tacky thing Erica did. Don't understand why it took Greg a month to say something though, unlike Force, who blows up, then forgets about it and moves on.

If Gregs friends in the pits are anything like normal other guys and their friends.. you know they are still turning the screws on him about the loss to Erica...lol.. and if not his friends his fellow compeditors are doing it....

it is funny that he is letting one loss get to him SOOOO much....

This is what P/S needs, more animosity and hard feelings. I miss the bottle throwings, WJ on a tirade, the staging battles,Larry Morgan and his 'you can't fix stupid' shirts etc. This sport is dying a slow death,it needs more controversy, more feuds ,more of the Force vs Pedregon cage matches. It's almost like watching paint dry anymore. Everybody wants the PC,me,lets see some hard feelings.:D

ESPN is dying to make you happy-RIVALRY! $10 says there is repeat footage in the opening of the show next week.

I guess I would expect a guy with something like 20 more years, 70+ more wins, and four more championships to react with more maturity, or at least not let a silly picture get under his skin. Especially a month later.

Greg Anderson has an ultra-competitive personality. It drives him to succeed as a great racer and not let up. It also causes him lose perspective and he generally doesn't appear to me to have a real sense of humor. I think he looks the fool in this one. It was entirely unprofessional and poor mannered of him to utter his passive aggressive commentary on air. I doubt he planned it, but by not dealing with like an adult, it boiled up at the wrong time. He needs to get his own self centered karma analyzed, and once in a while be joyful and know it's not all about him.

The other week teammate Jason Line was dogging A.J., playfully throwing stuff at him. A.J. didn't whine, instead he smiled because he knew it was good natured and actually a compliment to his success. If Greg can learn from that, it would increase his likability which increases his marketability.

If Greg is going to bring it up on camera then he should have explained it. He lit the fire and and then wouldn't man up. Just like Capps and that Beckman deal a while back. Advantage Enders on this deal.

Again, not sticking up for Anderson, ... but, I've NEVER seen a winning competitor pose in front of the runner up's transporter with the trophy before. Erica isn't totally innocent in this.
