Please tell me thats NOT the reason they called it.....??

We had a short downpour at about 6:00 and then a cool front moved in dropping temps about 15 degrees. (or so it felt). They couldn't get the track dry due to the track temp / humidity, so they called it at about 8:30. It was a bummer.

Ok , thanks Ted, that cleared it up. I heard Sat. forcast is high wind ?? I hope the weather man is wrong.
But Sun. cool & dry. Should see some GREAT numbers.
