If I were JF, I would hire those two guys IMMEDIATELY.
I see it happening this week.

No disrespect to the JF tuning camp, but when you have the opportunity to secure a pair of championship tuners, you TAKE it and place them within your tuning brain trust.
That's how you regain championship form.

The brain can't get any bigger than what it already is over there!

Don't overlook the fact that if he snatches them up now, he will have them in his camp for if and when Brit and Court move to TF or FC too.

If they do in fact go to JFR, It'll remind me of a saying my old high school football coach said

"You can never have a deep enough bench"

Dickie left JFR to follow Tony Pedregon...What makes you guys think John will hire him back. Its not like he left on good conditions...

Dickie leaving didn't exactly cripple JFR...if John needs to make changes to pick up their crappy performnace, you think John will hold a grudge? Bottom line is winning....

Look for Dickie to be on Robert's car, Prock on Neff's car and Medlin to over see research and development....

I think that could be the ticket... Not sure if Prock would move or not, but I can see John over R&D... That makes a lot of sense and probably cent$ too.

I remember when he worked for Hot Rod Fuller's team in 2005-2006. Rod told me he was Crew Chief material back then and nobody gave him a chance. Now he has his chance and I think he will do very well.

He reminds me of a tall, skinny Austin Coil, very calm and cool under pressure.

Exactly what I was thinking. If you remember, it was about this time last year when rumors started circulating about AJ leaving DSR and starting a new team for next year. Timing is about right to give Dickie enough time to start up a Force fueler for next year.
