Congrats big time. He's for sure one the many that more than deserve a championship. Pretty soon he'll be tuning the dragster just like he did in 04 when he almost tuned himself to a title. He's a serious contender for the championship, I don't think many considered del to have a top 5 shot but he does. Let's hope he gets his long awaited championship

Congratulations Del!! He sure was exicited, with good reason. Give him a good car, and he's VERY dangerous!

Met him when he was in his rookie season at Brainerd. I remember him driving a fifth wheel rig, with the spare fiberglass body (named "Screamer") mounted on top. Seemed like a good kid at the time. I've always liked him since. On the TNN show later, they showed him on his BMX bike.
