That's Awesome!! I love to cook, My sister and brother in law have degrees from Culinary Institute of America, N.Y. I'd love to pursue that occupation but the hours Suck in great restuarants , That's why I'm happy having friends over to cook for them.

I was messin around....kinda

If I were going to hire someone to drive my car he or she would have to be the one "who would step over their own mother" to win....being my driver is all they ever wanted or will ever want to be...
someone who would drive through fire and injury to win

Al Hoffman comes to mind....

(add smiley here just in case you're misunderstood)

I miss al hoffman, he didnt take no crap from anybody, same with Tony Christian

I miss Steve Evans too.... sometimes I almost hate to watch old videos with Steve and others who are now racing "up there". I usta listen to Evans at Lions and always was so impressed at how much knowledge he had. Sigh.....

Al wasnt the only hoffman with the burning desire to win. I vividly remember a time at the gators After the race was long over. I was walking through the pits. There was Helen Hoffman standing at the back of a hauler by herself. I walked up to her and said hello. ''You guys had a pretty good day today'', i said. (they had made it to the second round and almost won it. ) she looked at me like she just smelled bad cheese , and said with a sneer ''you call that a good day'' ?? ouch!!
