Lets not get into lend america tho i brought it to life, as a former long islander i literally passed his office everyday and read the issues in the papers....if he's not winding up in jail...he deserves to be back out racing cause he was one of the best at that.

actually to correct my post i see where this stuff comes from. ahhh...thompson left dsr went to ajr, worsham vacated fc capps will take the new fc seat. I see, But AJR has yet to state if the funny car operation has been put on hold or if there will be a replacement with worsham moving up. Either way, top fuel just now got even harder for next season.

I read all four pages on the subject at YB, and while there's some bashing going on as usual, most of the folks over there aren't buying this rumor either.

One of the posters in that thread stated that "he's working frantically to get his a$$ back in a Fuel funny car, while running the Jungle Jim NFC in the meantime". He also stated Ron Capps is NOT leaving DSR. I think the guy knows what he's talking about - the driver of the JJ Camaro is Jon Capps.

One never knows for sure, but I reckon that statement pretty much stifles this rumor.

I just traded Text messages with RON Capps, he just got back from Indy where he shot some of the 2011 NAPA commercials, he's scheduled to shoot in studio for a few more commercials in January... RON wants everyone to know he's OK and will be working with NAPA for the next three years and driving their NAPA sponsored funny car for DSR.

there's the schumacher bashing again, drag racing is a business and why cant you guys get that. Cory experience is a plus, but facts are facts, he was left on 62% of the time this year, (as is a pattern for most of his years) and when you got spencer who is sidelined and could cut lights and win rounds when just the e.t can't. IT"S BUSINESS!!!! did you want to tell fram no and have them leave the sport? that is probably what would of happend.

I don't know didn't see that. I sure don't know the facts just thought that interview would be good because it comes from people involved rather then speculation.
