When Capps announced the Top Fueler and then Maddi, he said a "major announcement" will be made @ Indy concerning sponsorship and a possible partner.
Anybody know if it is still pending?

I’ve had a hunch F3 energy would be the sponsor. Ron has it on his car and Maddie has done some stuff on social media with F3 energy. I don’t think they are a big enough brand/company to be the main sponsor. Outside of the two of them, I have never seen anything or product anywhere.

I was thinking Carlyle Tools, since they are a part of Napa and this seems to have been a long thought out process?
Or maybe they bring in a new partner, Capps said we will be surprised

Capps had the McLaren F1 team in his pit on Sunday, including Oscar Piastri. Might there be some link between that and the SEMA Show announcement? That's what Susan Wade asks.
I'm really interested to see the crew line up. I know this deal has been in the works for a long time, and I would assume Capps would have been knocking on some doors all season long to put the program together. With the Josh Hart deal unfolding, I couldn't help but think Guido and Ron Douglas worked together for a long time at Force's, and had some pretty good success together. At the same time, I would think Capps had a plan in place before the Hart deal happened, but who knows.

Guido and Ron had Ashley lined up to win the 2009 championship, before Force pulled his stunt @ Indy that year.
Would love to see a reunion, Ron is way underrated
