It did...going from memory but I think it was the 88 Mid South Nationals. Same as Antron's he kept the shiny side up.Thanks to everyone for clarifying it was Ormsby. I still think it happened to LaHaie once.
Should get rid of lohnes and put fast jack in thereWould love to hear Alan say "Fast Jack Beckman to the staging lanes!"
Are you crazy? Keep Lohnes, get rid of TPed and put in Beckman.Should get rid of lohnes and put fast jack in there
Lohnes is like a radio dj,thinks he has to talk till the green light comes on. Nhratv needs graphics and announcerless and id subscribe in a heartbeatAre you crazy? Keep Lohnes, get rid of TPed and put in Beckman.
You're right. I wasn't aware his sentence was commuted by Trump.Lol,his old man didnt pay any dues amd didnt do any time.
He didnt,no jail and im not sure if he is paying anything back. He was pardoned by trump. I suspect there will be an american greed sbow on sometime in the future lol
Old time AM, talked into and before end of music. Thank goodness FM came along. Even better now with streaming.Lohnes is like a radio dj,thinks he has to talk till the green light comes on. Nhratv needs graphics and announcerless and id subscribe in a heartbeat
Why does Lohnes end every sentence with a cliche? Its like he's trying to make someone's highlight reel.Lohnes is like a radio dj,thinks he has to talk till the green light comes on. Nhratv needs graphics and announcerless and id subscribe in a heartbeat
Isn't that achievable simply by muting the sound? They show the detailed stats after every run. NHRA.tv is exponentially better these days than just a few years ago.Lohnes is like a radio dj,thinks he has to talk till the green light comes on. Nhratv needs graphics and announcerless and id subscribe in a heartbeat
Anyone remember Wolfman jack? I used to listen to him broadcast out of Del Rio, Texas - XERB was the station, but it was in Mexico. He would talk thru the first 20 seconds of whatever song he played and talk again thru the last 30 seconds. Also sell chickens, etc etc. You'd finally get fed up with him and switch to KOMA in Okla City. I was stationed in Roswell, NM from 1964-67, so KOMA was better than the local stations. All AM of course.
