People who have had brain injuries can have behavior changes as a result. I am not saying that's what happened here but erratic behavior can be a side effect of a head injury.

Because they make it too easy and don't financially penalize those who file and subsequently lose frivilous lawsuits.

The cops went to prestons house today and he was gone. The cass county dog warden went out and took three dogs in that had no water or food from his place.

On Thursday afternoon, Cass County Animal Control Director Patrick Fetherston removed three dogs from Preston's home because it didn't appear as if anybody was currently living there, Fetherston said.
There were unopened cans of dog food in the garage and no water bowls, Fetherston said. He said Preston hadn't responded to a warning left on Wednesday.

Damm right Im a disgruntled employee, I was hired in Dec. 07 and promissed a salery and commission, I held up my end, I sold a bunch of fuel and represented the product at every race track within a 1,000 miles.
Yes I volunteered, I was promissed a position with a company that I was told is solid, and I worked my tail off.
And why did I stay as long as I did? well I went to work in Dec. I was paid for my time, not commission, when I asked why I didnt get my commission I was told to hang on it will be soon, may 1 I didnt get a pay check, may 5 I pursued new employment.
I dont know why I am explaining all this, it just hit me wrong when someone got on my case, I love this forum and usually its great to hear all the stories, I have even met some very nice people here, I heard a lot of comments on this thread and felt compeled to respond. So please take what I say as my opinion on the topic, and my desire to participate - and dont take personel shots. -Don

You have twice referred to Evans tax issues and how your "tax" dollars were doing the sponsoring....Yeah, Evan may have some IRS questions to answer...BUT, Do you relize how many dollars a person would have to generation to OWE the taxes THAT evan spent in racing???
Also, my first line reference BUSH...reffering to the U.S.Army sponsorship, and Tony being the recipient of the sponsorship...thats all....

based upon this (and this is just a guess), I wonder if Torco used inflated accounts receivable to get lines of credit and loans from banks. I can't really imagine why a bank would take over an entire business unless they gave them millions upon millions of dollars with the only asset being money supposed to be coming in.

I really feel no need to respond to such a question but since you have attempted to paint me as Evan's right-hand support staff, I'll say this:
I've never met Evan. I've never worked for Evan. I've never purchased products from Torco. I'm not privy to any of the inner workings of this company beyond the articles written and made public alleging things from total fraud to animal cruelty. I've never said Evan or Torco ran a great business. I never indicated that he, Latrell or any of the other principals in Torco was to be found innocent of civil or criminal injustice. I absolutely never said or even indicated that any of the Torco principals were upstanding or fulfilled their commitments in any way so where do you get off calling me out yet another time?
What I did say, and I still stand by my comments and position, is that I'm an optimist and an American. I choose to thank Evan and Torco for their support of racers despite their inability to back such support with business practices that could sustain their sponsorships. I further choose to consider any man innocent until proven guilty. I'm proud to have the moderators call me out for these choices and further proud to be punished or even banished from the site as my position seems to cause so much heartburn to you, Paul. You choose to act and believe as you feel most appropriate. Heaven knows I will.
