I THINK IN A RECENT POST ON MATER HE STATED HIS MOTORS WEREN'T MAKING ENOUGH POWER TO COMPETE AT THIS LEVEL.

Billy is done with PS. Since Bob (health reasons) quit the Maskin/Humphreys team Richard wanted money for the engines and Billy's on a shoe string budget and couldnt do it so he pulled out. Bad deal all around, he might come on here and give yall the story. Its too bad b/c I really enjoyed having a Glidden back in pro stock.
