Where does DRO Come up with this stuff- E-Town Gone after 2013 (1 Viewer)

When that offer was made there was a home and shopping building mania in Central NJ. As tough as it is to sell homes today that mania has calmed down considerably. When Vinny and his generation of Napps were alive, they would have been their own developer. In fact, Gil Kohn was the developer on the NY National Speedway property when Center Moriches became a prime place for home building.
It is not a sure thing that an offer today would surpass the 12 Million of yesteryear. Many of those in charge today might be far less interested in long term racing operations.
My bet? Continued NHRA sanction with a renegotiated major event deal a possibility.
