I saw the bills from when my brother went to Loyola Chicago....OUCH! Thankfully he was on a full ride D1 basketball scholarship, so my parents didn't have to pay.
SO TRUE...every semester my son's books cost us about $800 - $900 X 8 semesters = BROKE. AND, he refuses to resell them.

Man must be nice having parents buy books for ya. That was always out of my own pocket. Sometimes got lucky enough to have a little more offered in loans that school was costing me and that would go towards some books.
What is he going to school for? Unless its something technical I wouldnt see any reason to not sell books back. Haha take them to the school and sell them back for him since you are paying for them in the first place lol
