When does School start where you live?

My girls go back on the 2nd of Sept...as a substitute teacher it will probably be another month for me...

School supply shopping last night...what fun...tomorrow shoe shopping, weeeeeee

Just wait 'till they get to college.

I saw the bills from when my brother went to Loyola Chicago....OUCH! Thankfully he was on a full ride D1 basketball scholarship, so my parents didn't have to pay.

SO TRUE...every semester my son's books cost us about $800 - $900 X 8 semesters = BROKE. AND, he refuses to resell them.
I'm hoping some day when I'm old and feeble he will remember the sacrifices

Thank goodness Grad School is paying HIM.

Man must be nice having parents buy books for ya. That was always out of my own pocket. Sometimes got lucky enough to have a little more offered in loans that school was costing me and that would go towards some books.


What is he going to school for? Unless its something technical I wouldnt see any reason to not sell books back. Haha take them to the school and sell them back for him since you are paying for them in the first place lol
