For a funny car fan, the '93 Craftsman Nationals at Topeka was a shocker. The late , great Chuck Etchells 4.987 , first 4 second F/C pass, then Jim Epler runs a 300.40 for the first F/C over 300. Force couldn't believe it.

Any big event at Union Grove, or Martin 131.

First race 1956 at Lions then all thru 2024 at Bakersfield. They were all great, some were good, some were ugly, but none were bad. thank you everyone for the great memories.

I remember watching that on a TV at a bar. 50-cent cans of beer. Definitely was a race to remember.

For me it was a Wed. night FC event at E Town, Bernstein was there, no pit ropes or spaces he invited me in as a kid to mix his fuel while he did a couple other things. I stood there and held the air nozzle in the jug and mixed it up. Mid 70's
