Is there ANY way to insure that stuff won't ever happen? Or is Nitro that unpredictable?

We think that by implementing these new procedures we are assured THAT won't happen again. An explosion farther down the tracK will always be possible. Nitro is relatively stable but when carnage begins anything can happen.
