Tim Wilkerson and his Levi, Ray & Shoup team waited out a drizzly day at zMAX Dragway, and they did so bundled up against unseasonably chilly temperatures, until the decision was made to pull the plug and cancel all racing in Charlotte.

The ongoing precipitation is expected to move out overnight, and Saturday and Sunday forecasts call for sunny skies.
