not sure about indiana bldg. laws, but here in mn a commercial bldg.
has to be depreciated over minimum of 29 yrs. - it can not be expensed
any quicker than that.
although a new shop in nitro central/brownsburg can only help an already
successful team to be more organized and centrally located, i tend
to believe the decision to build one is not attached too closely to existing
sponsors; more so a move for future equity/investment and possibly
income if building is multi-tenant.

I also hope that KB racing lands another sponsor for the flopper as I would love to see TJ Jr keep competing and we need all the nitro cars we can get.

I also think it is fantastic that Brownsburg is very welcoming/accomodating to race teams.
