Tony Stewart racing debut (1 Viewer)

I'm thrilled with the way it turned out. Tony will get his win, probably next year sometime, but Payne's had to be extra special. Tony's had hundreds of wins; this was her first and against a major racing celebrity at that. Had Stewart won there would have been the predictable "$$$$$ won that race, Stewart bought his way in, beginner's luck, Payne was paid to throw the race," and so on with more assorted tabloid crap. My opinion is that they both won, in two different ways.

Was thinking about Troy Coughlin running T/F and how he had the courage to say he was in over his head. He switched to A/FD and did great. I kinda feel it's the same for Tony. An A/FD ride is plenty quick, so he gets the "thrill" and can still feel comfortable in the car. I wonder how he would do in a blown alky car? That would be an interesting ride.
