Actual cost associated with bein a single team testing?I'm surprised they aren't doing more testing, or are they doing it behind the curtains. Seems to be expensive trying to learn at a national race.

TASCA Auto Group owns a total of 39 dealerships selling Audi, Kia, Ford, Lincoln, Volkswagen, Volvo, Dodge, Jeep, Subaru, Buick, Chevrolet, Collision, Mazda, Chrysler, Cadillac, FIAT, GMC, Hyundai, Toyota and RAM models. The dealerships are in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Illinois, Florida and Missouri. They may not be testing because some parts are in limited supply due to manufacturers cutting back on inventory due to the economy, the war and other economic considerations. Just the same I hope the KARMA continues for a few more months.I think they sell other brands as well

The problem never was that the Procks aren't the 'real deal'; it was Austin's attitude at the first of the year when the team was adjusting. People remember him throwing tantrums - and things- when he would lose. People watched him assault the pit Tahoe. Listened to him blame the NHRA for poor track prep and told fans who dared to criticize him to lump it ("They don't know anything anyway"). And at that time there was still quite a bit of resentment, deserved or not, regarding the Procks hauling ass over to Tasca with little or no notice to JFR.Ya think, the procks are the real deal, the haters need to give it a rest

What all of that accomplished is turning more than a few people from patiently waiting for Prock to adjust to the new team, different parts and such to rooting for them to go out in the first round. A bit of a crapping in their own cook kit scenario. But if you'll notice, Austin has calmed down, no longer goes ape if he loses and the performance level is slowly but steadily moving towards back where it was in the JFR days. And that's a good thing. The sport needs Tasca and it needs the Procks.
Indeed. Jumping ship was never an issue for me for three reasons - 1, I know nothing of the details; 2, I wasn't involved and 3 it's none of my business. Looks to me like that car is back!The only people upset are the JFR fanboys.
The real test will be how they do at MIR in twelve days. I say that because both E1 and E2 they had it easy when Arend and Todd kick the hoops loose. Everyone was having issues. Time will tell if they are back.Looks to me like that car is back!
