what would be so earth shattering about dejoria to jfr? she has the dough, and jfr is likely looking to expand so they
can attract more sponsors, in the exact same manner dsr did.
IMO a godzilla announcement would be something along the lines of nhra selling it's pro categories (as almost happened quite some time ago)

While I'm not saying it's likely, I could potentially see Fox making some kind of investment in the pro categories given their big move with Indycar this year. I'm not sure NHRA can "sell" the classes outright, but maybe something like selling the commercial rights to Fox and having a similar structure to F1 with Liberty and the FIA.

I’m guessing it’s a reference to a new TV deal. Nothing has been announced for 2026 and the Fox contract is up. I expected an announcement around INDY and then SEMA.

One year, Godzilla won S/G at a natl event, and the other car with a monster name also won at the same race. Natl Dragster had a photo of the 2 cars in the winners circle. So, what was the name of the other car? I just cannot remember (join that club) but I remember the photo. Anyone remember this?

Thanks Paul. Sheldon moved to Arizona some years ago, to Phx area. He brought the King Kong car with him, and sold it to a local racer. Saw the guy get his license in it. Don't know what happend to Sheldon. Guess he retired.
