Fire Burnouts
If you think about it. It is kind of strange, but cool. One of drag racers worst fears is catching
on fire and taking a hot oil bath. But then again they like playing with fire. Go figure!

Remember when you had to go to the grocery store or drug store
and the magazine rack would have your favorite drag rag. Back in
the day there was a number of great magazines to choose from.

Part Two

Even Hot Rod, Car Craft and Popular Hot Rodding, had good Drag Racing coverage.
But by the mid 70's they had gone on to the van and street machine craze.
And who could forget those "How To Articles" like 8 and 1/2 ways to install your
under the dash 8 Track tape player. By the way the 1/2 was for people who did it half ass
And yes other magazines like CARS and Rodder and Super/Stock...ect, that did a good
job covering the drags

Drag Racing Action...ect Sadly some are gone forever

Just my option. The best drag rag since the last issue of Drag Racing USA, June 1975
There was only 9 issues from Sept 2012 to January 2016. It was Elapsed Times

Just hoping with this thread. Sunday will never be the same...
I bring back some great memories to the old farts ( me too )
on this site. And just maybe the newer fans will dig it!
