Texas tech saved my butt!! I had a 3/5 day. My big points games are beginning to kick in now. I'm hoping to start making a run. Maybe ... :D I went with "a hunch" on a couple games.

Well Terry, looks like I'm not gonna be able to make to the Cotton bowl:mad: We couldnt get enough people together so we decided we all would pass (only 2 of us were ready to go after all the talk) My father in law lives in Fort Worth so I wouldnt have to get a hotel room. It would have been an easy trip for a great game. Go Huskers...and today...!!!...HOOK EM HORNS!!!

I for one am not overlooking Notre Dame, I think LSU will have their hands full with a fired up Notre Dame team.... I still think my Tigers will pull it out but it will be much closer than most think!!!!
 
I really took it in the shorts yesterday, last place:mad: , I hope to pick up ground between Today thru Monday. I will definatly be rooting for Texas and LSU:)
 
I was happy for the way the Hawkeyes represented themselves. Great game..

I was a little pissed on the refs taking 7 pts away because Chandler wasn't 6 inches back..but it was a proper call.

Games like these come down to a couple big plays..and the Horns did it..so all is well.

Not much into that jawin' that goes on..but it was nice to see the Hawks have time to get semi-healthy. We were just decimated mid-season with injuries.

Congrats to the Longhorns.

I didnt get to see most of it and we were in the car as Texas ran the clock down! Once again Texas made me hold my breath until the very end!!! If they keep playing like this they are going to give me a heart attack :eek: :D
 
I went 2 for 3 today as well but the Va Tech loss isn't going to hurt me since EVERYBODY had the wrong side and all had more confidence points up for grabs except for ihatebuckeyecoffemugs.

Mike - You picked ND to win against the LSU Tigers but only put your confidence level at 1? That's just too funny! :)

And to the 2 jokers that picked the Tater Aggies over my beloved Sooners, you could at least man up and put the confidence level at something higher than 2, ya wimps. :D

I'm not going to be able to post much for the next couple of days... I've got a ball game in Phoenix to get to!

Well, we've made it to DFW... flight leaves for Houston in about an hour. We're seeing quite a few fellow Sooners, I'm hoping that the flight from Houston to Phoenix will be predominantly Crimson & Cream!

This BSU/Oklahoma game has got to be the college game of the year...unbelievable. College overtime is pretty damn cool!
